SC Arts Commission Grants Programs

The Arts Commission provides subgranting funds to local arts councils for quarterly grants to organizations and artists in their region. The Arts Commission does not review or fund quarterly grant applications from a county that has a subgranting arts council, except when the Commission has pre-determined that a project has a statewide impact.

If you are in one of the following counties, please apply directly to your local subgranting arts council for quarterly project support, rather than to the Arts Commission:

Barnwell
Beaufort
Berkeley
Charleston
Darlington
Dorchester
Florence
Greenville
Lexington
Richland
Spartanburg
York
