COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina Arts Commission Board has called a meeting on Wed., Nov. 18 from 1 to 4 p.m. Interested parties can attend the meeting at the S.C. Arts Commission, located at 1800 Gervais Street, Columbia.
